Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across the full spectrum of business—from public accounting and large, publicly traded healthcare groups to PE-backed companies, founder-led startups, and mid-market multi-location organizations. I’ve worn the hats of CFO, M&A leader, finance operator, and business consultant. What that gave me — beyond titles and technical expertise — was perspective. Real, earned perspective that comes from being in the room during critical decisions, chaotic transitions, and major inflection points.
Over the last two years, I’ve taken everything I’ve learned and applied it on the ground — consulting directly with founders, diving into the real challenges of small business ownership, and immersing myself in the unique rhythm of this space. It’s also been a season of personal growth — stepping into fatherhood, re-evaluating what success looks like, and ultimately, building Cielo Synergies into what it is today.
